United States Returns (7 Days)

Most apparel and kidswear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless noted as Final Sale below.

To ensure a smooth return:

  • Please submit your return request within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items should be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Due to the special nature of certain pieces, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled:

  • Wedding dresses

  • Formal and evening dresses

  • Prom and quinceañera dresses

  • Shapewear

We kindly recommend reviewing size charts carefully before completing your purchase.


Jewelry

Jewelry may be returned only if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Returns are not accepted for style preference or sizing concerns.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, you may:

  1. Submit a return request (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer.

This helps ensure faster processing and availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If something is wrong, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@farnelli.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We’ll review it quickly and make it right.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please note that your bank may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


A Note on Returns

To maintain fairness for all customers, items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for return.
