I want comfort (no digging, no pulling)
We show the easiest fabrics, fits, and simple tricks to feel good all day.
I don’t know anything (help me)
- You measured bust, waist, and hips.
- Your tape was snug, not tight.
- If you are between sizes: for bodysuits, pick the feel you want (snug/smoothing = smaller, relaxed = bigger).
If something feels off, go to Fixes. We tell you exactly what to change.
Size Finder
- Bust is the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist is the smallest part of your middle.
- Hips is the fullest part of your hips/seat.
Bodysuits are often stretchy. But your torso length can matter too (some people feel “pulling” on the shoulders). If you often feel pulling, choose more stretch, adjustable straps, or a slightly bigger size.
Option A: Use measurements (best)
Use a string. Wrap, mark it, then measure that length with a ruler.
Option B: I know my regular size already
Pick your everyday size system and size. We show the closest match + all conversions (Alpha / US / UK / EU / IT / FR / AU).
If your bust/waist/hips are in different sizes, choose the size that fits the largest area for a smooth fit. If you want a relaxed feel, pick a stretchier fabric or size up.
Fit Rules
The 6 easy bodysuit fit rules
- It must breathe: you can sit, bend, and raise your arms comfortably.
- No digging at the leg openings: snug is okay, painful lines are not.
- No pulling at the shoulders: if it feels like it’s “yanking,” you may need more stretch or a bigger size.
- Bust should lie smooth: no gaping, no harsh pulling lines.
- Bottom coverage should match your comfort: thong/cheeky/brief feels different—choose what you like.
- Fabric changes everything: stretch + recovery = smooth fit; stiff lace/mesh can feel tighter.
